This is a pivotal role managing the full operational lifecycle within a complex, high-standards manufacturing environment. The position requires a leader who can maintain operational excellence while navigating a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Departmental Management: Lead and synchronize all activities across manufacturing, global purchasing, and logistics.
• Manufacturing Oversight: Full accountability for production execution, ensuring all processes meet rigorous medical-grade quality standards.
• Clean Room Operations: Hands-on management of manufacturing lines within clean room environments, ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
• Supply Chain Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies, including global inventory and warehouse management.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the production flow and implement timely, sustainable solutions.
• Quality & Regulatory Support: Provide expert operational support for quality-driven processes, including CAPA, MRB, equipment calibration, and management reviews.
• Workflow Infrastructure: Develop and refine operational procedures, work instructions (WI), and integrated working plans.
Location: Central Israel

• Management Background: 7–10 years of overall experience in operational management roles.
• Industry Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience specifically within Medical Device companies—a must.
• Clean Room Expertise: Direct experience managing operations in clean room environments—a mandatory requirement.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Med-tech regulatory environment and high-quality standards.
• Operational Toolkit: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Logistics: Experience managing global logistics, including import and export operations.
• Leadership: Exceptional management skills with a results-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic setting.
