Senior RF R&D Team Lead

Position Overview: As the Senior R&D Team Lead, you will lead a talented research and development team, taking direct responsibility for the evolution of a core non-invasive sensing technology. This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role overseeing the design, development, and testing of an advanced sensing device. The position blends strategic team management with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring rigorous evaluation and testing of both individual components and complete systems using advanced lab equipment. In this position, you will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the company’s leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. • End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the complete design, development, and testing lifecycle of our multi-disciplinary non-invasive sensing device. • Advanced Lab Testing: Lead R&D efforts in the Israel lab and work with the lab in London and execute hands-on testing, verification, and characterization of the device and its high-frequency RF components using advanced lab equipment (e.g VNA). • Technical Integration: Ensure seamless hardware-software (HW/SW) integration, managing the intersections of RF systems, advanced signal processing, and embedded systems. • Project Execution: Own project timelines, resource allocation, and technical deliverables, ensuring complex projects are delivered on schedule. • ⁠Strategic Collaboration: Act as a counterpart and expert to manage and support the company’s collaboration with leading scientists. • Holistic Approach: Report directly to the company’s leadership, providing technical insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations for the product roadmap.
