Perform laboratory work in microbiology and molecular biology
Prepare media, buffers, reagents, and solutions
Support microbial cultivation (bacteria, yeast, fungi)
Assist with molecular biology workflows (e.g., transformations, plasmid prep, PCR, gel electrophoresis)
Support fermentation experiments and sample collection
Assist with downstream processing tasks (e.g., centrifugation, filtration, purification)
Maintain lab equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate service when needed
Manage lab inventory, consumables ordering, and waste disposal
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality documentation (ISO-environment)
Accurately document work in lab notebooks and internal systems
דרישות התפקיד
BSc or practical training in Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
Hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industrial)
Familiarity with sterile work and microbiological techniques
High attention to details, well organization, and documentation
Ability to follow protocols accurately and work in a structured environment
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Advantageous Experience:
Experience with microbial fermentation or bioprocessing
Experience working under SOPs or quality systems (ISO/GLP/GMP)
Experience with fungi or non-model microorganisms
Previous work in an industrial or applied R&D lab
Python coding/ Automated laboratory systems /high-throughput biological processes
