A leading medical device company is seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to expand market presence, increase revenue, and build strong, long-term customer partnerships throughout Israel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
•Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
•Build and maintain trust-based relationships with physicians and hospital staff
•Provide product demonstrations and clinical support
•Negotiate with hospital purchasing departments
•Stay informed on competitor activities and market dynamics
•Ability to travel abroad for conferences and later on for managing international distributors
דרישות התפקיד
•Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales
•Bachelor’s degree (any field)
•Experience in the neurovascular field – an advantage
•Background in vascular products – an advantage
•Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
•Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
•Strong skills in competitive product positioning
•Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation
•Excellent interpersonal abilities and highly motivated.
•Excellent English – both written and spoken
•Willingness to travel internationally as required
The role is based in Israel with hybrid work – one day per week at the Yokneam office, frequent travel to hospitals across the country, and occasional international travel for conferences. Over time, the position is expected to expand to include responsibility for international distributors, with travel accordingly.
