תיאור המשרה

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and implement our country brand plan in alignment with our regional strategy. This is your chance to drive innovative campaigns and engage with key stakeholders in a vibrant and collaborative environment! Key Responsibilities: Implement cross-functional local business plans and brand strategies in alignment with regional objectives. Provide insights to the Marketing and Brand teams for budgeting and revenue forecasting based on local feedback. Train and equip the sales force with effective marketing materials. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to ensure effective performance from customer engagement specialists. Lead and enhance the digital and social media strategy among stakeholders. Manage campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring effective design, timely execution, and ongoing performance improvements. Define and track KPIs for Customer Evolution Campaigns (CEC) and Tactical Campaigns (TC). Conduct quarterly learning sessions to assess campaign impact and identify areas for improvement. Utilize global content for local teams and provide feedback to enhance global offerings. Organize internal and external marketing events within the country. Ensure compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory (LMR) approvals for all materials and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advocacy groups. Monitor and analyze local market trends and competitor activities. Provide strategic analysis of the market potential for existing and pipeline products. Support customer engagement specialists (CES) in field activities. Encourage innovation and experimentation in marketing campaigns. Work Relations: Internal: Collaborate with Bayer Israel CEO, Brand Manager, Sales Manager, and other cross-functional teams. External: Engage with key healthcare stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and advocacy groups.

דרישות התפקיד

Qualifications: Life Science university degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma marketing management, including digital and content creation. Fluent in English. Strong communication skills.
