Chemistry Researcher

We are a pharmaceutical company looking for a hands-on Chemistry Researcher to drive API development across early- and late-stage programs. This role combines scientific leadership with real lab work and close collaboration with external CDMOs and internal CMC, Preclinical, QA, and Procurement teams. What you’ll do • Perform hands-on lab work (crystallization, preformulation, stability) • Lead and oversee API synthesis and characterization with CDMOs • Support RFP preparation, vendor selection, and external development activities • Develop and characterize API solid forms (salts, cocrystals, amorphous) • Support scale-up, tech transfer, and regulatory-compliant development
