A dynamic drug development startup in a clinical-stage is seeking a talented Organic Chemistry Lead to join the Innovation team, playing a key role in generating new pipeline assets.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on lab work (crystallization, preformulation, stability)
Lead and oversee API synthesis and characterization with CDMOs
Support RFP preparation, vendor selection, and external development activities
Develop and characterize API solid forms (salts, cocrystals, amorphous)
Support scale-up, tech transfer, and regulatory-compliant development
דרישות התפקיד
PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
5+ years in pharma/chemical R&D (NCE/NME development)
Strong hands-on organic/synthetic chemistry experience
Solid understanding of API development and characterization
Independent, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (full-time, on-site position)
