Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers • Define roles, publish positions, screen candidates, and lead interviews • Onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee journeys • Plan and coordinate training activities and support learning initiatives • Maintain and analyze HR data, including reports and workforce tracking • Support ongoing HR operations and administrative processes • Work cross-functionally with managers and internal stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or related field • Mandatory: 2 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment • Mandatory: experience in a Pharma / Biotech / Biopharma company • Mandatory: hands-on experience working with recruitment systems (ATS) • Experience in training or learning & development – advantage • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High level of English
