תיאור המשרה

• The Market Access Manager will play a central role in ensuring optimal and sustainable access to the company’s innovative therapies within the Israeli healthcare ecosystem. • The position focuses on leading national reimbursement submissions to the National Health Basket Committee, managing payer engagement, supporting individual patient access pathways, and contributing to external stakeholder communication, including public relations where relevant to access initiatives. Main duties/responsibilities: 1. Health Basket (National Reimbursement) Submissions • Lead end-to-end preparation and execution of annual health basket submissions. • Coordinate internal experts (medical, regulatory, commercial) to compile robust value dossiers. • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements and timelines. • Monitor the process and support strategic positioning during committee evaluations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving MOH processes, evaluation criteria, and policy trends. 2. Payer Strategy & Engagement • Develop and implement access strategies with the Sick Funds (Kupot Holim) and other relevant national bodies. • Present product value propositions tailored to payer needs, using clinical, economic, and real‑world evidence. • Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with decision-makers across Clalit, Maccabi, Meuhedet, and Leumit. • Support contract negotiations, access programs, pricing discussions, and formulary processes where applicable. 3. Individual Patient Access & Funding Pathways • Maximize patient access through individual funding channels (e.g., exceptional committee approvals, supplementary insurance). • Collaborate closely with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to resolve access barriers quickly. • Track and analyze patient access trends to identify unmet needs and propose improvement initiatives. 4. Public Relations & External Communication (Access-Focused) • Collaborate with external PR partners to support communication strategies related to access, reimbursement decisions, and patient value stories. • Ensure messaging is aligned with compliance standards and sensitive to policy and stakeholder dynamics. • Provide market access expertise for media briefings, public statements, and advocacy initiatives when relevant. 5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work closely with medical, regulatory affairs, marketing and patient advocacy teams on integrated access strategies. • Provide market access guidance for product launch planning and lifecycle management. • Support global/regional functions with local insights, policy updates, and payer feedback. 6. Data, Evidence, and Insights • Collaborate on developing local health economic models, budget impact analyses, and value communication tools. • Monitor reimbursement trends, competitor dynamics, and policy developments. • Generate reports and insights to support strategic planning and senior leadership decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of market access experience in a pharmaceutical company (global or local affiliate). • Proven experience interacting with Israeli payers (Kupot Holim, MOH). • Experience in preparing reimbursement submissions or similar structured HTA processes. • Experience with patient access programs and navigating payer approval pathways.
