Bonus BioGroup is a clinical-stage biotechnology company applying innovative cell-based
technologies to develop viable bone grafts and next-generation regenerative medicine products
in a GMP environment.
We are seeking a motivated Process Development Scientist to join our Process Development
Team and contribute to development of our cell-based processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and execute upstream and downstream cell-based processes,
including hands-on laboratory work with mammalian cells and bioreactors.
Perform experiments according to defined timelines while following proper
documentation practices.
Write scientific documents, including experimental protocols, reports, and SOPs, in
alignment with GMP and industry standards.
Analyse experimental data, draw conclusions, and present results to the team and
management
דרישות התפקיד
Job Requirements:
BSc in biotechnology/biochemistry/biomedical engineering. An MSc is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture in a laboratory setting (academic or
industrial) - advantage.
Familiarity or experience with bioanalytical assays (Flow Cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, etc.)
advantage.
Solid command of MS Office, data analysis, and basic statistical tools.
Strong learning ability, high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and
excellent teamwork skills.
High-level English for scientific reading and writing.
