R&D Engineer

The opportunity: As an R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of innovative medical devices for minimally invasive surgical and radiation oncology procedures. Working as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team, you will contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept evaluation and design verification to validation and regulatory documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration while helping bring cutting-edge technologies to patients worldwide. In this position you will be asked to: • Contribute to the development of innovative medical devices throughout the entire product development lifecycle. • Design, execute, and document verification and validation activities to ensure product performance and quality. • Develop engineering solutions, evaluate design alternatives, and support technical risk management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and external development partners. • Prepare technical documentation in compliance with FDA Design Controls and support regulatory submissions. • Contribute to continuous product improvement, innovation, and intellectual property activities.
